RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

of every product we deliver. Your satisfaction 
is our priority.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

We accept returns under the following conditions:

· You received a damaged or broken product
· You received the wrong product
· The product seal was already broken on delivery

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of 
receiving your order. Claims made after 48 hours 
will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

· Products that have been opened and used
· Products returned without original packaging
· Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

HOW TO CLAIM A RETURN

1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours 
   of delivery
2. Share a clear photo or video of the issue
3. Our team will review and respond within 
   24 hours
4. If approved, a replacement or refund 
   will be processed

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are processed via bank transfer or 
EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days 
of return approval.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer free exchange for damaged or wrong 
products. Exchange courier charges are covered 
by Kissan Herbals.
